Energy Mark

POC brief

The Energy Mark POC, on one page.

What a proof of concept involves, what you need to provide and what you get at the end. Share it with your team before you start.

Start a POC

At a glance

How the POC works.

Where it runs

On a server or virtual machine inside your network. Your test data does not leave.

Data you need

Typically 20 or more completed tests per product family, with their certified results. If you have fewer, we tell you on the first call.

Before we start

A non-disclosure agreement and a written POC scope, with success criteria agreed up front.

Fee

A fixed POC fee, credited against your first-year licence if you go ahead.

What you get

A POC report: how early the final result becomes clear, accuracy on units the model has never seen, and the rig hours and retests you could save.

After the POC

You decide. If you go ahead, we quote deployment and the annual licence based on what the POC showed.

What the POC report shows

Measured on your own units.

  • How early the final result becomes clear for each product family you include.
  • Accuracy on whole units the model has never seen, against their certified results.
  • How often an early read would have disagreed with the final test.
  • The value: rig hours, retests and design loops you could save.

Questions your team will ask

Answered before the first call.

  • Security: it runs inside your network, under your own access controls. Security questionnaire responses on request.
  • Standards: it works with the programme you test to, including the EU energy label, US DOE and ENERGY STAR, Japan Top Runner, Australia and New Zealand GEMS, and India BEE.
  • Certification: Energy Mark never certifies. The full test still runs and certifies the result.
  • Commercials: an annual licence, by number of SKUs or per test, after the POC.

Proof of concept

See it predict your own tests.

A POC on your own completed tests, run inside your network, shows how early the final result becomes clear for your products.
